Serve chilled or mulled on those cold nights by the fire. An elegant mead with lots of ripe pear, spice and a semi-sweet finish. Pairs well with desserts, especially with rich cheeses, chocolate soufle and poached fruit. This mead can be enjoyed on its own or served with dessert.
