Sweet menthol honey aromas ride faint swirls of spicy berry throughout. Deep sweet thick honeycomb flavors ride a soft herbal vanilla foundation. Medium bodied, slick, lightly warming finish. Loved it, but be prepared for the sugar rush… robertjm (413), El Cerrito, California, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 9, 2009 Bottle. Pale yellow, flat but viscous. Strong honey and fig jam aromas. Sweet, almost wincingly sweet but has quite a bit going on in terms of fruity complexity and has a nice character. daknole (3000), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 8, 2009 Bottle, Whole Foods Miami Beach Deep gold colour. Sweet, honeyish taste with some woody notes. Complex honey profile. Heavy body. Slight alcoholic finish. The texture is a bit syrupy - halfway between a drinking mead and a sipping (Polish) mead. But the flavour and complexity are good times.
