Feb 10, 2009 Tap @ Raccoon Lodge: Pours a light golden color with a nice off-white head and good lacing. Aroma is spicey and fruity with just a light yeast note. Tastes spicey and fruity with some sweet and tart notes. Oak aged hops, wth? This has a really mellow hop note with just a bit of citrus and florals. Light yeast and retains a crisp level of spices. This was different, but good.

Feb 26, 2009 Not this was a nice tasty tripel. Nose of cereal grains, sweet fruityness, sugary sweetness, a little dust, and some spicy yeast. Pouts a golden tone with a thin head. Nice sweet cereal grains, straw, dust, yeasty, fruity sweetness. Nice bubbly carbonation and a lingering dryness from the bubbles.

Feb 12, 2008 Green Dragon Pub NYE 07 with Bikesandbeer and his gf Jessi. Draft. @ Green Dragon Pub in Portland Oregon. Guessing this is what this was, listed as Cascade tempter tripel. Pours gold with a bright white ring for a head. Sweet Yeasty Nose. Taste is sweet citrus with a nice body. Nice tripel.

Nov 25, 2007 Updated: Oct 15, 2009draft @ brew pub - cloudy gold with white head; citrus, spice and malt aroma mix; strong yeast flavors are bitter and mixed with spices; a little uneven and unpleasant aftertaste (3.3 overall)
10/15/09 Update: draft @ brewery - soft, straw gold; super dank nose of fruit, wheat (of which Ron says the beer has none), yeast and oak; lots of fruity sweetness and finish is not very dry; enjoyed it much more this time around

Jul 13, 2007 Sampled on tap at the brewery during ABA Beer Tour ’07. Pours a hazy golden pale blonde brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind a white ring. Aroma of banana esters, light bready malt with a touch of grassy hops. Taste is smooth, creamy and sweet with fruity banana and citrus flavors. Medium body with no carbonation. Finish is somewhat syrupy, sweet with a slight mellon aftertaste. Almost a fruit beer character than a tripel. Very tastey though.

Jun 16, 2007 Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a soft white head. Not as dry as most tripels and lacked a bit of carbonation. Very fruity start with a big yeast estery finish. Hints of citrus and a light grassy hop finish. The spices and crisp finish were very refreshing.

Oct 29, 2009 Clear amber with a white head, nice lacing. Mildly sour cherry aroma with wet wood and mild spicy hops. Medium body. Nice medium sweet flavors of pale malt candi sugar, spicy hop, earthy yeast, with faintly tart wet wood. Draft@ Naked City onestoppornshopandgaybar.

Feb 28, 2009 clear orange pour with a thick one finger head. belgian spices in aroma. bubblegum is what really strikes to me with a slight bitter kick to it.oddly enticing given its weird flavor profile.
