Light lemonade yellow appearance, with a faint haziness and a frothy white head. Fresh lemon zest, wheat and lemonade in the nose along with some pillowy yeast. Fresh, vibrant and zesty on the palate, tastes something like a witbier/wheat and pils all at the same time. Some soda-like carbonation loses some points, but it does have some residual creaminess left on the tongue. Decent beer, unique, but nothing special.

On tap at the brewpub. The body was dark gold with a white colored head. The aroma was bell peppers with some grass. The body was very light and thin. The taste had bell pepper with some potatoes and a spicy finish. Weak.

On tap at Annual Festival of Iowa Beers, pale straw with light hip aroma. Flavor is light and watery, with a curiously bitter hop flavor and long bitter finish for such a light-bodied beer.

Draught at 2nd Annual Festival of Iowa Beers. Clear golden color with thin white head that laced the glass. Noble hop aroma and flavor with a fresh cereal grain malt accent. Spicy on the tongue with an unexpected bitter hop finish.
