Sep 30, 2008 Bottle from Mass- Poured a really nice bright gold with white dense foam head, lasting lacing. Carbonation was perfect. Clear earthy light hop grain aroma. This was really palatable, crisp and clear. Smooth hops flavor with a light malt texture. Perfect temp. just wanted to down this. No bitter aftertaste just a lively and lovely Pilsner. I would drink this on a regular bases-will have to find this again. German Kings can’t be wrong!

Sep 24, 2008 Pours pale yellow into a shaker. Bright white micro head with good retention slowly recedes to skim surface. Sweet cookie and malt aromas. Soft and non-descript like the aroma. Slight hop finish.

Sep 20, 2008 Bottle. Golden pour with a medium sized fizzy head. Good carbonation. Aroma of straw, grains and hay. Slight bitter finish with some hints of pepper. OK pils.

Sep 18, 2008 Draft. Served in an inverted conical glass, with the Radeberger brand on it. Neat in a way. Too bad the place frosted and froze the damn glass! As you could further extrapolate, the beer was ice cold at first, so I took my time with it, letting it get to a semi-appropriate temperature. Nice bright gold color, very clear (although at first it was hard to tell with the frosting of the glass). No head but it was poured that way - it hinted at producing a creaminess and left a pretty respectable lacing. Aroma was mainly hoppy: lemony and herbal. Then there was a little buttered bread behind that, with touches of corn. Flavor was also hop dominated with a lightly herbal kick followed by a long lemon rind bitterness. Palate was very light, the malts were lean but clean. Fair enough pilsner for sure.

Sep 14, 2008 Clear golden with tiny white head. Sweet malty aroma with hints of caramel. Sweet flavour with malty and caramel notes. Ends sweet.
