Clear, bubbling yellow with a large frothy white head. Aroma is sweet and hoppy, some alcoholic presence. Flavor of hops with citrusy notes. Slightly bitter ending.

@ GJBF 2007. Earthy hops, malts, yeast, and grass round out the aroma. Similar flvor, with the grassy hops and earth rather strong. Sorta boring, actually. Yeasty finish. It’s alright.

Tap, Berlin. Very pale gold, nice clean white cap with good stick. Fresh herbal hops (oregeno), just a touch of tart/bile yeast character. Chalky, herbal hop bite, nice bright peppery carbonation. A pleasant hay quality to the bitterness. Fresh, refreshing, good.

Pours a crystal clear straw gold color, with a thick, foamy, pearly white head. Grainy, corny aroma, with just the slightest mild hop presence. Overall, extremely mild. The taste was much the same, except the taste had an unpleasant bitterness to it as well. Grainy, corny, although it has a little touch of some sweetness to it as well. Wasnt terrible, but certainly not exciting, but I guess I wasnt expecting that from this brew.

On tap. A clear, maybe a bit pale golden pilsner with a nice, white head. The aroma is quite clean and hoppy, with some fruityness and grass. Lightly grainy flavor, with fruits and hoppy bitterness as well. Medium, quite gassy mouthfeel. Grassy, slightly grainy finish with a nice hoppyness. A clean, german pilsner, but the flavor isn’t as nice as the aroma, even though there’s not much difference. The aroma is borderline 6, but not there yet. (070801)

Pours a golden yellow colour with medium white head. Aroma of hops, grassy and hints of clove. Initial taste of simple malts and hops that are crisp. Nothing complex but a drinkable pilsener. Light body and finishes some what dry. Some head retention and lacing of the glass.
