Oct 28, 2005 Pour is straw golden yellow and slightly hazed with a nice bright tight bubbled off white head...smell is a little grainy and earthy with a slight vegetal aroma, but good...taste is lingeringly sweet and the beer seems almost still in the mouth...cirus, lemons etc. are there...not bad...

Oct 7, 2005 What a nice lager! Beautiful golden colour, and very aromatic in the nose. Nice malts, and a little smokey. That reflects the taste aswell. Nice full palate, of malts, little smokey flavour, sweetness but what a hopps sensation in tha aftertaste. It stay’s there for ever.The best foreign lager in my opinion.

Oct 4, 2005 (330 ml bottle: Hi-Time Wine Cellars in Costa Mesa, CA) Grainy, lightly sweet, and quite grassy, this beer smells like it might have some promise. And the flavor makes good on that, presenting me with a pleasant, very grainy- and grassy-tasting beer. Light bodied, but reasonably clean. Medium straw in color with a slight haze. Size, retention and lacing of the off-white head is average across the board. I thought this would be a really crappy imported lager, but this has been all right.

Sep 25, 2005 Can (500ml). Okay, here goes, another pils. Poured glowing very pale yellow with a big finely foamed white head that dropped visibly, leaving a scum-like lace behind. Aroma oddly like fresh-picked mint (tangy, sweet, almost musky), with some sour grain notes - very odd. Taste is of straw, wheat flour, sugary malt - eventually finishes very bitter-harsh, not like hops, more like burnt straw - to the point of leavingan unpleasant lingering aftertaste. Harsh, brackish, thin mouthfeel. Too bitter (yet also too sugary) for me, but it has more going on than most EuroLagerCans, even if it does get very vegetal as it warms slightly

Sep 23, 2005 Clear pale gold colour with fast fading rockiy white head. Mild malt nose with slight yeast hints. Bitting bitter taste with mild bitter finish and mild malt undertones.
