500 ml bottle purchased at Gomers in Lees Summit, Missouri. Enjoy the best taste before the end 06.08 stamped on label. Pour is slight chill haze golden yellow with a bunch of fine carbonation streaking to the surface. A fluffy three inch pure white head forms, and is fairly slow to fall. Thick lacing left behind as the head falls. There are a couple of small floaties in the beer as well. Aroma of grainy straw and malt, some nice toastiness behind that - slight touch of mineral floral. Nice organic natural nose. Taste is more simple than the nose, straight forward grain straw malt, with the mineral and toastiness in the finish. As with the nose, the taste is clean and natural tasting. Palate is medium to thin, nice active carbonation and a smooth flinty finish. Despite the age, still a nice enough beer.

Poured into a flute glass. Drank with a salmon dish, which paired very well. golden yet clear color, firm head, very hoppy middle and nice german sharp finish. Great beer off the tap. Authentic german taste that reminded me of backpacking through europe. One of my top 3 ever.

Can. Pours a clear yellow, with a sticky, foamy white head with spotty lacing. Nose is shitty corn, grain, sweet corn and fruit, earth, ery mild suggestion of earthy hops. Palate is sweet, earthy, corny, bland. Frankly terrible.

Pours well. A bit less smell than most pils, a bit lighter on the palate as well. Went well with some pickled veggies and then a bbq salmon dish. Cool and crips, but not anything to write home about.

11/10/2007: Radeberger Pilsner tastes like a typical Pilsner: Pils malt with grassy/hay hoppiness and a touch of spicy noble hop bitterness. It has a tranparent golden straw color, a large fluffy white to off-white head that forms stiff peaks, a lively amount of carbontion, a medium-light body, a dry finish, and a soft body. This is a crisp and refreshing traditional Pils.

Dark yellow, thin white head. Grainy, slightly toasty aroma. Flavor is mildly sweet, winey, then a dryish, grassy finish. Not complicated, but tasty and easy to drink.

Clear pale yellow colour. Nice head. Sweet malty aroma. Flavour is malty and slightly citrus with a bitter finish. Very light and and refreshinf nice pilsner style. Very drinkable, very affordable.

Stein. Pours yellow looks bubbly. Clean and crisp flavor and a bit of careal and grain.
