What a nice lager! Beautiful golden colour, and very aromatic in the nose. Nice malts, and a little smokey. That reflects the taste aswell. Nice full palate, of malts, little smokey flavour, sweetness but what a hopps sensation in tha aftertaste. It stay’s there for ever.The best foreign lager in my opinion.

Oct 4, 2008 500ml can: Yellow with huge billowing head. Soft malty nose with some sweetness. Some corn and malt flavours. More round than anything. Weak finish. Boring but quaffable.

Sep 30, 2008 Bottle from Mass- Poured a really nice bright gold with white dense foam head, lasting lacing. Carbonation was perfect. Clear earthy light hop grain aroma. This was really palatable, crisp and clear. Smooth hops flavor with a light malt texture. Perfect temp. just wanted to down this. No bitter aftertaste just a lively and lovely Pilsner. I would drink this on a regular bases-will have to find this again. German Kings can’t be wrong!

Sep 24, 2008 Pours pale yellow into a shaker. Bright white micro head with good retention slowly recedes to skim surface. Sweet cookie and malt aromas. Soft and non-descript like the aroma. Slight hop finish.
