Sep 4, 2009 33 cl bottle, Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Cloudy orange/amber colour with a slight chalky tinge. Foamy head, Musty citrus aroma, balanced first sip, sweet and caramel apple-like. Alcohol creeps up, but does not overpower. Lingering sweet alcohol burn at the back of the throat on the finish with more toffee and caramel notes.

Aug 31, 2009 Darker amber coloured beer with medium white head. Yeasty hoppy aroma and fruity aroma with an alcoholic touch. Full palate bit sparkling and creamy. Finish is bitter and spciy ending more bitter near the end. Good one.

Aug 19, 2009 Bottle. It’s mostly clear, except for some mini-floaties in the yellow-golden body. A small, dense off-white head sits on the top, and leaves some fine lacings. I find the aroma a bit too weak. Spices, pale malts and fruits. The flavor is almost grainy, quite fruity and spiced, with a nice bitterness. Full-bodied and warming, and a lasting finish with the flavors found initially. A pleasant and tasteful beer that I would like a bit more pronounced on the aroma. (090605)

Aug 9, 2009 (bottle - corked & caged 750 ml) Cloudy gold color with a big and fluffy white head. Aroma is very sweet with lots of different fruit notes. I got some pear and apple along with some spices. Flavor is very sweet as well. Sugar and caramel mixed with the fruits, some vanilla, yeast, and a touch of spice. Alcohol is well hidden. Decent.

Aug 7, 2009 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Hazy gold with a small white head. Aroma is of apple, pear, caramel and candy sugar. Taste is of candy sugar, brown sugar and carmel.
