Jun 2, 2007 clear orange/brown with a large foamy off-white head. not much flavor here. maybe a hint of brown sugar and cinnamon. i can’t get any real aroma from this either.

May 28, 2007 Bottle. This was an ok beer. Nothing bad just nothing special. Pours a dark amber color. Has the aroma of a chardonnay (oak undertones). Tastes of wood with perhaps a bit of honey. Considering the high alcohol content the taste was not too overwhelming.

May 19, 2007 Pours a dark orange with a thin off white head with good lacing. Aroma was weak. Taste was very strong. Alcohol was the predominant taste here...much else came through. There was some malt and yeast floating around in the taste but for the most part the burn drowned everything out.

May 15, 2007 Poured a mostly clear amber color with a medium sized off-white head. The aroma islightly malty with some yeasty fruity notes. Has some notes of a white wine. The falvor is malty, yeasty, sweet and has some woody notes. Moderate carbonation. Medium bodied and a decent warming sensation.

May 13, 2007 Bottle: Poured a golden amber with floating chunks, the head was bubbly thick white cream. The aroma is fruit and alcohol. Taste is fruit and yeast.
