Feb 1, 2006 Blond-amber colour, hazy. light sprankling, small head Strong aroma, sweet-alcoholic, with some jenever touches. Taste is warm alcoholic, with a light bitter finish. Some grains at the end. Very nice beer, doesn’t seems to be so havy.

Nov 30, 2005 Hazy golden colour with big white head. Sweet, light spicy aroma with a very evident alcohol note. Sweet fruity flavor with a light woddy note, spicy and alcohol warming finish.

Oct 23, 2005 Bottled. Hazy golden colour with an attractive full white head. It failed to leaving any sort of lasting impression, couldn’t have been great? Slightly sweet, very little bite.

Oct 17, 2005 No#15. aroma is sweet, spicey with a reasonable amount of honey. Taste is very similar with a nice sweet honey finish. I have session beer written down here but i think my mind may have been a little distroted at this time, hehe.

Aug 17, 2005 Cloudy amber coloured beer with a small white head. A lot of malt in the aroma. The taste is alcoholic and sweet. I think I’m almost the only one because I prefer the blonde one. (Bottle 33cl)
