Commercial Description:
Rader Ambrée is the subtle aromatization of a beer brewed in the ancient-way, re-fermented in its bottle, with a distillate of grain which has undergone a prolonged ageing process in oak casks. The primary fermentation is made with the same selected grains for the mash tubbing and the distillate. The distillate, aged in oak casks, is then added to the mash tub just before the re-fermentation in the bottle.

Blond-amber colour, hazy. light sprankling, small head Strong aroma, sweet-alcoholic, with some jenever touches. Taste is warm alcoholic, with a light bitter finish. Some grains at the end. Very nice beer, doesn’t seems to be so havy.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with an attractive full white head. It failed to leaving any sort of lasting impression, couldn’t have been great? Slightly sweet, very little bite.

No#15. aroma is sweet, spicey with a reasonable amount of honey. Taste is very similar with a nice sweet honey finish. I have session beer written down here but i think my mind may have been a little distroted at this time, hehe.

Cloudy amber coloured beer with a small white head. A lot of malt in the aroma. The taste is alcoholic and sweet. I think I’m almost the only one because I prefer the blonde one. (Bottle 33cl)
