Commercial Description:
Rader Ambrée is the subtle aromatization of a beer brewed in the ancient-way, re-fermented in its bottle, with a distillate of grain which has undergone a prolonged ageing process in oak casks. The primary fermentation is made with the same selected grains for the mash tubbing and the distillate. The distillate, aged in oak casks, is then added to the mash tub just before the re-fermentation in the bottle.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with an attractive full white head. It failed to leaving any sort of lasting impression, couldn’t have been great? Slightly sweet, very little bite.

A violent beer. Like being beaten up by some punkers in a dark night in November 1984. Pretty alcoholic and strong!

Thanks to Joebrew for sharing. Nice orange color with faint head. Good barnyard funk nose. Faint hints of spice there as well. Lightly spiced body with a sweet finish.

(bottle - corked & caged 750 ml) Cloudy gold color with a big and fluffy white head. Aroma is very sweet with lots of different fruit notes. I got some pear and apple along with some spices. Flavor is very sweet as well. Sugar and caramel mixed with the fruits, some vanilla, yeast, and a touch of spice. Alcohol is well hidden. Decent.

Light yellow in color. Very good and enjoyable beer. Complex palate. Warming character to it. Fruity aroma.

Bottle: Poured a golden amber with floating chunks, the head was bubbly thick white cream. The aroma is fruit and alcohol. Taste is fruit and yeast.
