Commercial Description:
Rader Ambrée is the subtle aromatization of a beer brewed in the ancient-way, re-fermented in its bottle, with a distillate of grain which has undergone a prolonged ageing process in oak casks. The primary fermentation is made with the same selected grains for the mash tubbing and the distillate. The distillate, aged in oak casks, is then added to the mash tub just before the re-fermentation in the bottle.

(on bottle) Light amber color, white head. Fruity and malty nose. Has a high carbonation, goes nice with the slightly tart taste. Having trouble finding those belgian yeasts, especially in the oddly light finish.

Very slightly hazy copper/amber colour with large white head - good lacing. Fruity, alcoholic, malty aroma. Taste is gin, sweet and malt. Warming in a gin way; medium mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Interesting.

Whisky-like aroma, a little oak, very sweet malts with hints of spice. Pours cloudy amber. Mild flavor, somewhat smooth, the nose is bigger than the taste, the alcohol flavor standsout the most, hints of oaky sweetness, a little brown sugar. Not impressive.

Bottle Sparkling, amber body. Frothy-rocky, white head. Bad lace. Yeasts, alcohol and hints of hops in the aroma. Moderately bitter, light sweet initial flavour. Alcohol is present too. Bad choice.
