Excellent lacing, about the best I’ve seen. Lots of fruity, citrus aroma, with a slight yeasty smell. When I found out it was a 10.5% alcohol I was surprised. Not much alcohol smell or flavor. Light, creamy, and smooth. Nice beer, very refreshing to the palate. FatPhil (3477), Espoo, Finland

Deep orange, hazy, small head. Sweet soft palate. Very malty, very pleasant. This beer is so not 10.5%, so very pleasant to drink - a stealth beer that’s for sure. This is not just an ambree - it’s less sweet than a typical one, and has a woody bent to the generous malt. Very well balanced. Potent but very subtle, and understated. Danes and yanks please take note! jkwalking05 (1483), Arlington, Texas, USA

Nose is like slightly overripe pear juice, some very saccharine caramel malts, some menthol alcohol aromas. Pretty smooth and full on the palate, starting with strong ciderlike tones and strong oxidized copper character before finishing peppery and warming. Pretty nondescript, but strong. xibalba89 (147), New York, New York, USA
