Pours with a white head. Has a cloudy yellow color. Flavor is very tart and fruity, similar to the candy ’sweetarts’. Also has hints of pine. (Had to order from Belgium). Retaste of a bottle that aged for a year. fruit and tartness subsided. Flavor of Lemon and Pine. Quite nice. Apparently this one gets better with aging.

Draft at Tap and Mallet. Pours yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is lightly sweet, almost tart, with notes of lemon and pine. Light body. Flavor is like a wet-nap, lemon, pine, perfume. Awful. That’s supposed to be juniper berry? I don’t think so.

Bottle. [thank you, Yespr]
Pours hazy golden yellow with a big, frothy white head. Aroma is heavy lavender, very flowery and perfume-like. Okay mouthfeel. Flavour continues the lavender theme - just far too exaggerated. Lightly sweet with a touch of lime behind the lavender.

Bottle from Windy City. Hazy yellowish in color upon pouring. Aroma is like that of a ginger lemonade. Spiced lemon flavors. This doesn’t really remind me of gin. More like a hard lemonade/beer concoction. Maybe a strong radler. Interesting anyway.

Sampled at the North Park Belgian Beer Party at my house on 3-29-08. Pours with a pale yellow body topped by a thin, white, quickly disappearing head with little lacing. The aroma is full of lemon and juniper notes...kinda smells like lemon cough drops. The flavor is similar, but with less lemon notes. Light and fizzy.

On tap at Liar’s Club. Hazy yellow with a white fizzy head. Lemon, lime, and pine aroma and taste with a ginger ale taste to the finish.
