Pours pale cloudy orange with lasting white flat head and decent lace. Aroma of grapefruit, soap, and gin. Grapefruity vanilla flavor with finish of gin and alcohol warmth, even though this is not a high alcohol beer. Medium body, medium-high carbonation. Fairly refreshing. Tastes well-made yet kinda yucky. I’m not much of a gin fan. NobleSquirrel (1115), Chicago, Illinois, USA

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Aug 9, 2007 A blond beer with a white head. Aroma and flavor are dominated by the junipers added to the beer. Overdone! I don’t mind brewers adding spices to their beer, but please don’t exaggerate. mgumby10 (1858), Jupiter, Florida, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Aug 5, 2007 Pours a cloudy straw gold color with a medium white head. Smells of mld citrus and some wierd wheat aroma that I couldnt put my finger on. The taste had a wonderful flavor of rotting oranges and dishsoap. Astringent on the palate and the soapiness in the flavor I just couldnt get past. Dont really have much more to say about this beer, except it wasnt good. larsniclas (3387), Gothenburg, Sweden

Hazy, pale golden. Large white head.
Weird aroma and flavour; pine-needles and lemon.
Tastes more like a mixture of lemon-ade and gin... Furseth (1333), Kungälv, Sweden

The combinations of Rosemary, Ginger and a touch of mint is what I got from this beer. The rest of the beer feels very pleasant, the malts give a clean taste with the hops that give these nice spices. Yeast sediment is on the pour. quite enjoyable.
