Aug 21, 2007 11.2 ounce bottle in generic goblet. Pours pale cloudy orange with lasting white flat head and decent lace. Aroma of grapefruit, soap, and gin. Grapefruity vanilla flavor with finish of gin and alcohol warmth, even though this is not a high alcohol beer. Medium body, medium-high carbonation. Fairly refreshing. Tastes well-made yet kinda yucky. I’m not much of a gin fan.

Aug 11, 2007 (Bottle) Pours hazy yellow green. Extreme spicy aroma with citric tones. Aggressive peppery juniper berry sent with some orange peel and sweet grapefruit. Strong juniper flavour with citric tones of grapefruit and various types of citrus peels. Soft, full mouthfeel and body with a lingering spiciness.

Aug 9, 2007 A blond beer with a white head. Aroma and flavor are dominated by the junipers added to the beer. Overdone! I don’t mind brewers adding spices to their beer, but please don’t exaggerate.

Aug 5, 2007 Pours a cloudy straw gold color with a medium white head. Smells of mld citrus and some wierd wheat aroma that I couldnt put my finger on. The taste had a wonderful flavor of rotting oranges and dishsoap. Astringent on the palate and the soapiness in the flavor I just couldnt get past. Dont really have much more to say about this beer, except it wasnt good.

Jul 7, 2007 0,7L Bottle Clear/Hazy(?) colour,creamy head. Aroma is complex:Ginger,citrus,rosmary,this was a bomb of citrus in diffrents way,can´t say it in a diffrent way than this :-) Complex. Maybee to complex for me at this time. Flavor is almost the same,Long citrus finish. I Think I will re-rate this later.

Jun 20, 2007 At first, the spices were driving me crazy, it took me a few minutes to figure it out. The combinations of Rosemary, Ginger and a touch of mint is what I got from this beer. The rest of the beer feels very pleasant, the malts give a clean taste with the hops that give these nice spices. Yeast sediment is on the pour. quite enjoyable.
