Draught: Poured a chocolate muddy orange head with off white head. The aroma is fruit with caramel malt. Taste is roasted malt with a bitter hops finish.

On tap at Berliner Bierfestival. Hazy, golden-orange beer with a beige head. Banana, caramel, some cloves, and hops in the background. The flavor is much the same, but not as pronounced as the aroma, but it has a nice hoppy bitterness. The body is medium to full, quite sweetish. Hoppy finish with caramel. Quite reminiscent of a hefeweiss. (070805)

Draught. Weak banana aroma. Muddy brown colour. Nice big, stable light brown head. The flavour is roasted and quite bitter. Smoky, pork style... HAM! But good ham. Rauchroggen?

100 cl bottle. No yeast at the bottom. Cloudy brown colour with a nice white head. Nice aroma of yeast, banana, wheat and a touch of rye. Nice soft flavour of sourness from the rye, yeast and very sharp bitter and little harsh.

Draught. Muddy appearance. Very roasty with notes of strong coffee in the aroma and in the flavour. Rather sharp bitter finish. Strange.
