Sep 1, 2009 On tap at the Ragtime brewpub. Pours deep copper with thin white head. The aroma is grainy and sweet with malts as well as a mild level of spicy hops. The taste is pretty sweet with malts along with roasted malts, crystal malts and some biscuit. The hops pick up and grow to midway adding spicy to citrus hop bitterness.

Aroma of light malt, caramel with hints of floral hops.
Flavor, comes of as floral with hints of blossom followed by some roasted / bready malts elements and light caramel.
Finish is hoppy.

Feb 17, 2009 on tap-pours a white ring for a head and amber color. Aroma is sweet light malt, biscuity, secondary orange/lemon. Taste is sweet light malt, biscuity, secondary orange/lemon/earthy hops. Easy, nice.
