Bottle courtesy of Mar. Pours copper with a thin white head. Smells spicy with some earthy hints. Tastes of lightly bitter hops, some earthy malt and perfumy. Some saccarine like aftertaste on the finish.

Jul 6, 2008 12 fl oz bottle. Pours slight cloudy orange and with a slowly collapsing white head. Mild orange fruity and light cornish/malt aroma. Flavour is mild yeasty and with a light fruity touch to a more or less classic bock base. Ends sweet and light cornish.

Jun 24, 2008 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of MaltOMeal. Almost clear golden with tiny impurities. Off-white head leaving laces. Malty nose with a spicy touch. Medium body, quite malty with some flower notes and a light underlying acidity. Lightly bitter finish. 220608

Jun 8, 2008 Drank from a bottle, so just gave it a "3" for appearance. Slight caramel aroma. Smooth, malty taste with some hops, some caramel. Goes down well, and was surprised that a 7.5% alcohol content would go down so easy. Nice bock.
