Pershing (68), Garland, Texas, USA Aug 25, 2008 Golden in color with a small white head. Above average carbonation. Very thin with a clean taste. The hop level is not that high. I’ve never heard of a German IPA. Overall I would say this beer is one of their better ones. yespr (6259), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jul 6, 2008 12 fl oz bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a lacing white head. Grapefruit and citrus fruity aroma. Flavour is sweet and light citrus/peach fruity. Vague malt base but the flavour seems sweet as such from the fruity accents. Nice and smooth with a little bitterness coming through. Ends with a solid biterness. aplusbreaks (44), , Colorado, USA Jul 3, 2008 12oz bottle thanks to mar. Pours a pale light golden with a small white head, very little lacing on mine. The nose doesnt bring much honestly. The taste, well if I was blindfolded I wouldnt guess IPA, Im not sure what I would guess. Taste some sweet malts, hops, citrus and some wheat characteristics. gringo332 (73), Texas, USA Jun 29, 2008 Bottle: Pale gold, light white head and nice lacing. Nose of flat dry (not the verb, the adjective) hops, some sour malt and light yeast esters. The flavor is a little hoppy, but comes across as an underseasoned steak, just bland. Grassy tail. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 24, 2008 (Bottle 35,5 cl) KAggie97. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a creamy off-white head. Lightly sweet malt and citrus in the aroma.. Medium body, fruity and lightly perfumy with a distinct hop bitter finish. Drinkable indeed but not exactly a spectacular IPA. 220608
