Commercial Description:
It's our very first beer - golden medium-bodied and brewed as a traditional Munich Helles style pale lager. It features a rounded maltiness without being too heavy. And like every proud Texan, it has a good head, is pleaseant but never overly sweet.

Bottle. Golden color. Low carbonation. It taste similar to a helles but there something missing here. The malt should be more prominent, but it is not. Not a bad brew though!

Pale color, head vanished rapidly. Too tangy for my taste. Not bad for a summer beer, but unimpressive.

Good summer beer. Light and fizzy, but rounded and grainy as well, with a husky cereal malt flavor (light) and a light but decent enough hop crispness. A bit pale, of course, you know that when you see it named "blonde lager", but still, better than they usually are.

Poured a deep gold with white head theat disappeared rapidly. Slight citrus hop aroma almost completely overwhelmed by diacetyl. Slick, oily palate with an unpleasant aftertaste. Too much diacetyl for me to finish the whole pint.

Bottle: Yellow in color, somewhat vibrant, quite clear, thin sudsy white head, falls quickly, thin lacing, thinner carbonation.   Straw and grass on the nose, pale malts, the usual.   Fairly clean grassy malt profile, mild sweetness, lingers well throughout the finish.   Moderate to full bodied, similar mouthfeel.   I am quite impressed with this one.   Clean finish, sweet grassy malts linger.   Yeah, I liked this one.   Well done!

Draft at the Flying Saucer in Ft. Worth. Clear golden yellow pour with minimal head. Aroma of fruits and malts. Taste was more of the same -- malts, caramel, fruits. Mild and smooth.

Bottle via trade with legion242 - Thanks -Pours pale golden with a short white head that fades back to about 1/8th inch and stays there. Aromas of bread, a little lemon, and a touch of some skunk. Flavor is very straight forward, grains, dough, and some slight german hops. Dry finish. Pretty one-dimensional..

This beer pours a golden yellow with little to no head. The smell is skunky like a tradition helles lager. The taste emulates this. I have never been a fan of the lagers, they tend to be bland and not that good. This beer is just about that, not very good. Oh well, good thing I only bought one beer! Cheers!
