Commercial Description:
It's our very first beer - golden medium-bodied and brewed as a traditional Munich Helles style pale lager. It features a rounded maltiness without being too heavy. And like every proud Texan, it has a good head, is pleaseant but never overly sweet.

Draft. Just an average lager (Though can be an achievement with all the bad lagers out there). Worth a try but I think I’ll try something different next time.

From the bottle, courtesy of Secret Santa, pours a clear pale yellow without much head. Aroma isn’t anything to brag about. Corny, mashy notes. Flavor isn’t too complex, but it’s not bad when cold. It’s also a little better from the bottle, in my opinion. I’d order one of these in the summer.

Draught; smells like beer, light bread and citrus notes. It has a clear, bright golden color w/ a thin, white head. It’s got a light peppery flavor. Palate’s a bit thin.

09.11.06 12oz bottle thanks to Kawa. Pale straw in color with little and fading white head. Aroma is white bread and mild grassy hops with some background phenolic notes that evoke thoughts of chapstick. That’s odd. The body is light, not as malty as I’d hope for a helles, but it tastes good. Definitely malt focised as the hops are almost nil...too bad the malts are so mild. Maybe they shouldn’t have called this one helles. Plain, but utterly drinkable.

Body is a very pale gold, no head forms. Aroma isn’t much to be spoken of, mainly corn, and pale malts, nothing really there besides that. Taste is like basically the same as the aroma, it’s not revolting by any means, but it is just bland. It’s not exciting, but it’s quality which is why I gave it a higher school then average.

Not really anything nice to say about this one. It pours a clear yellow color with a white head. It’s watery malty yellow drink with a little alcohol in it. Drink 10 of these and you willl be drunk. Drink one of these and you can still drive a schoolbus. It’s crazy just how much Mel Gibson hates Jewish people.

Golden brew that was really close to a bottle of bud. Had a corny yeast flavor and not much else going on.

12 oz bottle: poured clear light yellow with a medium sized white head that left quickly. Very light aroma of malt. Touch of honey and grain. Flavor is very thin- light malts and little hops. Refreshing drink but there simply nothing there.
