Commercial Description:
It's our very first beer - golden medium-bodied and brewed as a traditional Munich Helles style pale lager. It features a rounded maltiness without being too heavy. And like every proud Texan, it has a good head, is pleaseant but never overly sweet.

Gold with no head or lace. Husky aromas with a sweet honey like smell. Biscuity malts with bitter hops. A little buttery. Finishes huskily bitter.

Sulfury skunky nose, yellow color, foamy head. Creamy, grainy malt base with very low bitter. Soapy feel. Not good. Drainpour!

Grassy nose, a bit soapy too. Pale, pale yellow color with a small long lasting white head on top. Flowery - very weak in taste - some traces of grass. Super duper thin!

This Munich Helles pours a nice straw color - true to style. It has a thin head, but that could be from a not so clean glass........ It has nice hints of hops that smell like Saaz....? It’s grain flavor and aroma are nice in this beer. This is a very dry drinking beer, and for a Texas beer its good!!!! A clean version of a Helles that I really enjoyed and worth the try!!!! I tried in both bottle and on tap, both very good - better on draft - but that’s always the case! I had this beer last summer and it was just ok..... beer is better today! Thanks Fort Worth!

Pours almost yellow with a thin white head. Smells of pepper and some citrus with light caramel undertones. Tastes the same. Very drinkable foe a pale lager.

Pours wtih a light golden body topped by a thin, white head with little lacing. It’s slightly sweet and malty with an underlying fruitiness and a touch of hay. Light bodied, smooth and a little watery.

Thanks Walt! Pours a very light gold color with no head or lacing. Aroma is very light and mild with hints of malt and corn. Flavor is very similar, mild and slightly malty with a little bit of corn (or maybe wheat) in the background. Almost has a slightly dirty (dirt like) flavor to it. Smooth and light on the palate.

Pale straw yellow color, fairly retentive white head with light lacing. Nose of husky malts and light maltiness. The flavor is lightly bitter, sweet but smooth. A nice clean lager, not too corny.
