Nice moderate straw malt aroma with more in the flavor. Perhaps a bit watery, but really not a bad pale lager. HumuloneRed (750), Portland, Oregon, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 3, 2005 Light gold with slow moving carbonation. The aroma is light grainy corn with some musk. The taste is straight grain with some white bread. There is also a little hint of carrots and some black pepper spice. This is strange with some decent character. | 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 22, 2005 Aroma resonates a (way too) subtle hops presence. Flavor is a mixture of rice, hops, and weak malt. It’s a decent beer, but it comes off as a dressed-up Budweiser. OutHouseDilemma (70), Crowley, Texas, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | May 9, 2005 Looks great, other than the small slim lace head. Smells like metalliac banana bread.
Very crisp, very dry.... Leaves a very dry taste in the mouth.
Too much hops for this beer IMHO.

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | May 6, 2005 Thanks to Kevin for the bottle. Pale yellow color, small fizzy head with large carbonation bubbles. Ester aromatics, with some grassy hop undertones. Grassy and grainy flavors, powerful DMS character. Watery finish. Thin watery mouthfeel. If I was really, really thirsty this might hit the spot. BBB63 (4257), La Porte, Indiana, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 6, 2005 Bottle from Kevin: Pours a crytsal gold hue with a nice sized fizzy head and good spotty lace. The aroma is weak but there is some herbal hops and yeast estery notes and a hint of mild citrus. The taste is grainy bitterness and has noticeable DMS flaw. Some citric and yeast undertones, but very minimal depth. The feel is watery and metallic, some crispness however prevents this from becoming a drain pour. Hope that this newer brewery finds it’s way and brews some more challenging styles.
