Commercial Description:
It's our very first beer - golden medium-bodied and brewed as a traditional Munich Helles style pale lager. It features a rounded maltiness without being too heavy. And like every proud Texan, it has a good head, is pleaseant but never overly sweet.

Blond color. Aroma of cheap lager. The flavor is very simple, with a light malty crispness, dry. The bitterness is medium-high, but the final is very weak.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with lb4lb (thanks!). Poured a light yellow color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of skunkiness and some graininess. Tastes of citrus and some malty sweetiness. Thin and watery body.

(Draft at the brewery) Pours a pale yellow body with a moderate white head. Aroma of florals and citrus. Flavor of hops (much more than your average lager) and some malt.

Pours a lightly effervescent pale bronze with a thick, lightly-lacing white head. Dry semi-sweet malty aroma with a touch of noble hops and a strong lager yeast presence. Starts with a mild crystal and pale malty sweetness turning more dry with a lightly floral and bitter noble hop finish. Has some corny flavor to it, but otherwise a decent pale lager.

Pours almost yellow with a thin white head. Smells of pepper and some citrus with light caramel undertones. Tastes the same. Very drinkable foe a pale lager.

Good summer beer. Light and fizzy, but rounded and grainy as well, with a husky cereal malt flavor (light) and a light but decent enough hop crispness. A bit pale, of course, you know that when you see it named "blonde lager", but still, better than they usually are.

Pale straw yellow color, fairly retentive white head with light lacing. Nose of husky malts and light maltiness. The flavor is lightly bitter, sweet but smooth. A nice clean lager, not too corny.
