Jan 29, 2009 Gold in color with a small off-white head. Aroma is of malt and caramel with some nuts and fruit. Taste is malt, toast and light fruit.

Sep 9, 2008 Clear golden with medium off white head. Sweet and fruity aroma with caramel notes. Sweet flavor with caramel, malt and fruity notes. Ends sweet.

Jul 14, 2008 Got this in a steak house in a big ol’ chalice. I was told it was a pale ale, at first. Yeah, it was alright. Sweet, nothing special, but pretty strong. Best texas beer I’ve had so far, but my steak was better.

Jul 13, 2008 The color was light golden/bronze. The head was thin, fizzy, and white. The aroma was glue. The flavor was glue, sweet, and hay. The palate was average. The finish was abrupt.

Jul 13, 2008 Thanks maltomeal. Pours an orange yellow with more chill haze than I would like. The head is about a finger thick and frothy/white. The nose is weird, rotting grain, sweet, malty, an unwanted sourness. The flavor is crisp and mild, lightly sweet, malty, some grassy hops, and then that sourness. Not....a.....fan.
