12 oz. bottle courtesy of KAggie97. Pour is clear amber-copper with visible carbonation and a nice one inch off white head. Aroma of nice earthy spiciness and some sweetness. Taste has some sharp sweetness initially, that transitions smoothly into a drinkable thin palate and a clean finish. Some nice spicy hoppiness and earthiness throughout. On the label, this is called both a Lager and an Ale, so I am little bit confused, but regardless, nice drinkable beer.

Thanks to fly for this one. The pour is deep coppery with off-white head. I got caramel malt, some brown sugar, and some earthy peaty notes in the aroma, with the taste being primarily a somewhat dry heavy Wheaties malty taste coupled with some earthy, nutty, and brown sugar taste hints.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with lb4lb (thanks!). Poured a deeper and cloudy amberish color with a smaller sized off white head. Lots of small suspended floaters. Aromas of caramel, a wet pile of leaves that has been sitting out for a week and a half, and just earhty and musty. Tastes of some bread, caramel, and earthy.

Amber color, off white head with not much retention though. Nicely spiced and a very nice semi sweet malty flavor. Overall, not a bad Oktoberfest.

Slightly cloudy deep amber pour with a smallish off-white, quick diminishing head. Nose is metallic and malty, little else going on. Medium bodied, just a touch sticky, active carbonation. Flavor is tartness balanced by maltiness, very dry finish.

Pours a deep amber into the glass with minimal head. The aroma is really weak. Not a whole lot there in the nose. The taste is malty with an abnormal citrus quality to it. I enjoy this beer, but there is something about it that is difficult to accept this as an oktoberfest.

Thanks to Kaggie97 for sending me home with this bottle. Rich copper color with small tan head that disappears quickly. Nose of malty pumpkin and fall spices. Soft roasted malts with an odd vegetable flavor...celery? Thinner mouthfeel than what I expected. Not the best Oktoberfest by any means.
