Light amber color. It seems to be a reasonable beer (an Ale probably, smooth and with a delicate malt taste), but spoiled by a light medicine aftertaste. Earlier Rating: 1/11/2007 Total Score: 2.1 Draught at the brewery Hazy amber color. Aroma of simple Lager. The flavor is not much better, with just a touch of caramel. argo0 (7041), Washington DC, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 11, 2005 Pours a clear copper brown with a thick, but short-lived, fizzy off-white head. Aroma is a nicely sweet caramel malty blend with some lager yeast character. Body starts with decent viscosity and caramel maltiness. Some toasted malt flavor shows up toward the semi-dry finish. This smooth, well balanced brew would make a nice session beer. Thanks JCW! Cletus (5060), Connecticut, USA

Tastes spicy with some sweet malt hints. Wish I could say more, but there isn’t much going on here. ¾ (5011), Boulder, Colorado, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 22, 2005 Gingerman, Dallas. Little head, dark orange and red appearance. Very light carbonation leaves it flat with a tobacco and orange flavor. Sticky and wet caramel malts... very sweet and refreshing but not enough to overcome its flaws.
