Summer is here, so why hot try our new Summertime Wheat? This refreshing, lightly hopped ale has unique banana and clove-like charachteristics and it's served with the yeast. We add just a little bit of rye malt to give it a Texas kick!

Bottle. Old rating that I just found. Pours with a hazy golden body and a fading white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon and light phenols. Taste is watery with banana, clove and lemon. Thin.

On tap at the brewery. Sorry, Rahr. I love you, but this isn’t a beer that I like to drink.

Pours hazy gold with small white head that goes away immediately. The aroma is some banana bubblegum with huge phenolics. The flavor is is a bit sour with some chalk and a bit of banana and wheat. Light body and medium-high carbonation.

orange pour with little to no head (standard for wheat beer). clove aroma and tangy taste due to the rye. i would have like to seen a little more yeast in it. will drink again!

Bottle. Pours a orange golden with a medium frothy white head that leaves behind decent spotty lacing along the glass. The aroma is a strong banana and clove with bubblegum. Thin mouthfeel with a banana flavor with wheat and citrus. Easy to drink, a good German Hefe from Rahr.

Interesting beer; nice honey slightly cloudy color; good aroma. Smooth with nice medium palate. and a slightly tart taste going down (more lemon than banana to me) would drink one again.

Has a darker pour than most Belgium wheats but maintains the same aroma. Yet another juicy fruit beer.
