Bottle thanks to bu11zeye: Pours a cloudy gold with a white head. Aroma, spices, cloves especially, some wheat and yeast, with some banana and lemon. Flavor, tangy, some cloves, wheats, bready notes, banana and lemon, there is a slight tartness to it on the end, pretty good.

bottle-Pours a humungous white foamy head. Good lacing. Golden cloudy light yellow color. Fizzy. Malty aroma, light, not too strong. Malty sweet taste. Light, straw, maybe clove Alright but watery, weakish.

12oz bottle thanks to fly. Pours a moderately cloudy yellow color with a small head that refuses to build even with a vigorous pour. Nose of sweet candied lemons and lightly sweet banana, with the wheat character fairly pronounced but also a bit sweet. Wet and a bit undercarbonated on the palate, sweet and mildly sticky on the tongue, flavors again of lemon and wheat, pretty straightforward but still tasty. Refreshing but not world class. Hard to go wrong with really any hefeweizen in the summer, though. Decent stuff.

Pours light gold with short lived white head. Smell is just like every other hefeweizen with the clovey spiced smell. Taste however is actually quite unique, but not in a great way. Taste is sweet, watery, and bright lemony, with very low carbonation and almost no bitterness. Thin and watery, with a bit of clove taste, but not as strong as many hefeweizens. This is a different hef for sure. I’m not a fan of the style, but this may be worth trying just in that it is unique...Tastes like what I expect a bad homebrewed hef would be like.

From the bottle, courtesy of Secret Santa, pours a hazy orange with little head. Aroma isn’t too strong. Lightly flavored with bananas and bubblegum typically in heffies. Nothing overwheming or worth writing home about, but a pretty decent beer.

Light cloudy gold, frothy/creamy white lasting head. Aroma is okay; sweet wheaty cereal cloves. Very refreshing sweet wheaty taste with some very slight sour banana. Has a bit of a very slight astringent wheat aftertaste that I don’t care for. But without that, I like it.

Almost no head. Lots of tiny yeast particles. Dark orange-yellow. Hint of banana and lots of lemon in the nose. Flavour is blunt and heavy. A bit of butter. Tastes like lemon ginger-ale according to Poperinge. Not a friendly finish either.

Bottle. Pours nice and yellow with a zingy aroma of lemon and clove. Subtle hints of banana reside within as well. Dry bits of clove and banana dominate the flavors. Slight bubblegum in the finish. Watery mouthfeel. Nice effort.
