Bitter finish. Too much carbonation. 26-09-09. Ughsmash (3979), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Oct 5, 2009 Bottled. Poured clear garnety-brown with a dense cap of beige head.. sticky lacing followed it down. The aroma picked up toasty caramel and brown sugar notes with nutty accents and an odd sour component. The flavor found redder fruits (and some associated sourness) to join caramel and nutty sweetness at the core.. bitterness was light and earthy.. light, but present sticky warmth surrounded.. grainy, residual fruit and brown sugar sweetness on the finish. Medium-bodied with a slow, scratchy feel on the palate.. just flowed decently. OK brew. HenrikSoegaard (4263), Randers, Denmark Sep 28, 2009 Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light sweet and moderate flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.
