Commercial Description:
There is nothing dumb about our blonde ale; a subtle sweetness upfront with a light, airy and refreshing finish shows how even a beer can be both simple and refinded at the same time.

On tap at the brewpub. The body was hazy pale yellow Fresh grains and some woody notes are the main smells. Light almonds shells and apple core wre fairly strong flavors. This had a longering bitter finish

Straw color with a somewhat wispy white head. Much like a blonde can’t find much in this one. Hints of pale malt and touch of floral hops. The fact that there are no real off scents is the biggest plus. Light malt and grain flavors. Quite clean, but also quite light. A shame more people at the bar were not drinking this instead of the amount of bud light that I saw served.

On tap at the brewpub, the beer pours a clear pale golden blonde brew with a thin off-white head. Aroma is very faint, just a touch of regular barley malt, and little hop presence. Taste is soft, sweet and creamy. Finish is light and sweet with no bitter aftertaste. A pretty much clean and crisp light beer.
