Rail House Silver Cream Beer

Dark straw color with a lid of white bubbles. Hints of malt, grain and bit of cidre in the aroma. Perhaps a bit of floral hops mix with the mild apples. Mild sweet pale malt in the start. A touch of corn and mild sweet herbal hops in the middle. Fairly dry in the finish and linger. Just a touch of cereal. This would be a good one for a lazy Saturday afternoon in the summer.

Cool! Another one of Menominee-Marinette/Oconto brewery brands of the past revived by Rail House. This beer pours a clear pale golden blonde brew with a thick and creamy white head. Slow dissolving and nice lacing. Aroma of light roasted malt, flowery hops and a touch of sweet cream. Taste is light bodied, slightly carbonated, some bread dough with a sweet hop aftertaste. A very faint hop bitterness to give this brew a refreshing taste.
