Ralphs Old Badland Welsh Cider

Cask @ Nottingham BF. Well this certainly didn’t live up to it’s name, my first ever drain pour perry. Pale, hazy gold, overly sweet with some cinnamon hints. Both Mes and I agreed it was like sweet glue. Maybe it had gone off by the last day of the fest coz it was pretty rank.

1. Cask Stillage at the Pacific Road Arts Centre, Birkenhead 23/10/2003 (Dry version) Clear golden coloured with a slightly hazy appearance. Dry slightly tangy lasting finish. 2. Cask Stillage at the Mill At The Pier, Wigan 05/03/2004 (Medium version) Golden coloured with a slightly hazy appearance. Some sweetness on the palate. Smooth dry finish.
