Rama Caida Sidra Brut

Pours a bright golden color, full of bubbles like a soda with a minuscule fully diminishing champagne-like head. Aroma is of straight forward green apples, weak and nothing impressive, but not disgusting either. Flavor is pleasantly surprising, sweet with clear bold apples and pears accompanied with some cane sugar. Really nice and well rounded. In the mouthfeel, it resembles carbonated mineral water. Body is medium. This cider leaves a nice sweet aftertaste. Really worthy for the US$3. It comes in a nice champagne bottle.

Clear, sparkling yellow color. Nice, tiny white frothy head that dissappears quickly. Sweet aroma of over-riped green apples, tart hints and some alcoholic presence revealing the fermentation. Taste of apples, sweet a bit more acid to the end. Light body, lively carbonated. Very nice and easy to drink.
