Ramapo Valley Honey Ginger Lager

Kosher wine, Kosher beer. All the same. Just not good. This is weak, flat, blah. No discernible aroma and the flavor was of stale beer. Maybe this serves a purpose, but that purpose isn’t good drinking. Go talk amongst yourselves rather than drink this.

Almost flat. I was told that these Ramapo beers were bottle-conditioned. Lies! I see no sedimentary evidence of that in the bottle whatsoever. This beer tastes like a rather flat glass of alcoholic ginger ale. Not sure what to make of it. Taste-wise, it's fairly sweet and heavy on the ginger.
