Ramsbury 506 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Commercial Description: Bottled; Special Ramsbury brewery hales from a pretty little village in the Wilshire Downs. It was here that the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment (101st airborne Division) was based during the Second World War prior to them jumping in Normandy D-Day and Holland. Ramsbury 506 is named after these guys. It’s a mix of English and European hops plus lightly kilned barley and wheat giving a hint of sweetness before the hoppy hit, giving a refreshing beer.
