Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Pours out in a clear amber colour with a small creamy white head. Rounded aroma of hay, fudge, caramel. Medium to light-bodied with notes of fudge, caramel, hay and sweat. Mild earthy hops, grass and milky chocolate in the finish.

(Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 30 Oct 2009) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, nutty nose with notes of toasty malt and a touch of butter. Malty taste with nuts, toast, dark fruit and dusty hops in the finish. A decent and drinkable bitter but not very exciting.

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear dark amber. Fruiy buttery nose with evident smoke. Mid-sweet with light-medium body and chewy, rounded mouthfeel. Mainly fruity with peay smoke, but also notes of green apples and rubber. Low bitterness.

Cask at the Lyndhurst, Reading. Amber with a dense white head; creamy and slightly sour to start with biscuity sweet malts. Rather ordinary but very drinkable.

Cask (St Urho’s, Helsinki) Peach and apple light fruit aroma, heading towards citrus. Doughy and bitter - floury and flowery. Tasty, could drink all evening.

Cask conditioned - gravity dispense - Leicester BF. A copper coloured beer with very little aroma at all; maybe a little grassiness. The taste is a tad chemical with some bitter fruit. Dull and not particularly pleasant.

Cask Conditioned at The Check Inn, North Wroughton, Wilts. Amber beer with slight head. This was proving very popular in the Pub, but I found it light, thin and somewhat uninteresting. Low gravity session bitter with light body, some caramel and biscuit notes. Would like to give it another go really.
