Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy reddish brown colour with a small off-white head. Rounded aroma of fudge, nuts and earthy hops. Medium to light-bodied with notes of cocoa-powder, nuts, milky chocolate with subtle nspicy and earthy hops. Long rounded medium bitter finish of salty and earthy hops with undertones of oranges and milky chocolate.

Oct 11, 2009 (Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm) Amber colour with brief, off-white head. Malty, nutty nose with notes of dried fruit, caramel and toffee. Malty, nutty taste with dried fruit, caramel and dusty hops in the finish. Rather light body, with a touch of malt sweetness. A decent and highly drinkable bitter.

Oct 2, 2009 Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Lightly hazy amber. Fruit ynose with light smoke. Sweetish, meddium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Lightly caramelly with light but distinct rubbery beechwood smoke and notes of licorice. Salty finish. Pleasant, flavourful and very drinkable.

May 16, 2009 (Cask at Pullman, Helsinki, on 2009-05-15) Pale amber and almost clear. Hardly any head. Mild aroma of malts and toffee. Medium bodied and dry palate with little bit of carbonation. Malts, toffee, light sweetness, bitterness, light roastedeness and molasses in taste. Malts and bitterness in aftertaste.

May 13, 2009 Cask@Pullman Bar, Helsinki. Golden colour, mediumsized off-white colour. Aroma is fruits, hops, some slight yeast and quite wooden. Flavour is fruits, wooden, mild yeastyness as well as some smoooth grassyness lurking. As it warms up it gets some caramelly notes as well.
