Cask (Kitty’s, Helsinki)
Rich reddy brown, small tight head. Caramelly and dark barky hop aroma. Soft carbonation. Simple bitter taste, a touch thin, but sessionable. Finish is simple UK hops. Pleasant but not jumping out.

Cask@Beer Hunters, Pori. Copper-red, a bit hazy color, decent white creamy head. Light nutty hoppy aroma. Soft palate. Woody-nutty, a bit tart flavor. Decent bitterness - feels stronger than 4.2%. Light sweetish note in the aftertaste. Ok at most.

Cask at Beer Hunter’s, Pori. Attractive hazy amber with creamy thick head. Honey, smooth toffee malts on the nose, English hops, grass and little banana. Slightly tart, lemony flavor with wood & biscuits. Sourish, drying appley finish. Alright, even a little spritzy bitter.

Cask, Rose & Crown, Charlbury. Ruby brown, small off-white head. Toasted caramel aroma, warm and plummy with a bit of spice. Soft caramel flavor with a nice hop backbone, gentle spice touch and lingering cocoa. Nice substantial mouthfeel. Pleasant cool weather sort of bitter.

Cask conditioned at The Nags Head, Reading, Berks. Brown orange beer with white head. Thinnish malty bitter, sharp and unsubtle. I’ve struggled with Ramsbury beers and this is no exception. Below average.
