Taste is very dry and kind of sour.Bubblegum and citrus flavors as well. Finished dry and bitter. The brewery is half a mile from here so it’s kindof neat being so close but I didn’t love the beer. Liked it but didn’t love it.. too sour..It’s different... Yves (1009), Beerse, Belgium

The Blonde is their Flagship. An interesting beer, if not one a my favorites. The quality is all there, great apperance, smell, mouthfeel. There is a unique quality to the taste and aroma of the beer that is too rare in brewing (I would not mistake this for any other beer).
However the fruit tones and sweetness of this beer, over powered the balance of the beer. jeremytoni (1096), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA
