Nov 18, 2004 Had it last night at Andy’s. Greg Zaccardi was there to tap a wooden cask for the premier of this Year’s Winter Wheat. I wasn’t expecting the Classic to compare, but boy was I surprised! I might like this better. It had all of the great characteristics of the Winter Wheat, without the slight alcohol taste.

Aug 11, 2002 very nice brew!Good taste with nice body & aroma. Slight sourness in aftertaste but excellent with foods!

Oct 12, 2003 Dark in color. Rich, malty aroma that dominates over the wheat yeast phenolics. Very malty and dunkle-like. This absolutely blows away the imports. Well made beer!

Jul 13, 2006 Usually drink ales. I tried a few wheat beers in the past, but this one is exceptional. Great flavor with a nice brown color.

Oct 12, 2003 It was dark and rich in color. Very pleasant beer. Some clove notes to it with some chocolate too. It has a nice creamy head.
