Commercial Description:
Recreation of an authentic German Oktoberfest beer from the early 1900s. This amber lager has a rich malty aroma, a smooth toasty palate, and subtle noble hop finish. The richness and spiciness of this beer make it the perfect accompaniment to robust meats and grilled fare. Oktoberfest is a great beer for any festive occasion.

Thin head which lasts for a while. Decent lacing and good carbonation. Thin malty aroma with a hint of fruit and a bit of hops. Dark, golden amber in color. Thick, malty biscuit flavor that is softin the mouth. Finish is smooth, dry and a little bitter. A good vienna.

A dark yellow beer, nice taste with a good little bite to it. Went down real smooth and felt good in my mouth. Was slightly bitter as I was midway through my tasting. Overall I like and could drink again.

Smells clean, apples, caramel, mild hops, nuts. Nice small creamy head, toasty smelling. Good sweet slightly cloudy proteins, yummy biscuits, more caramel and pecans. Dry finish, not at bitter, very balanced. Fun!

Hazy light copper colour. Clean, slightly bready malt notes in the aroma. The flavour is more cookie-ish, with hints of caramel and some nuttiness as well.

Caramel, walnut malt (M); dry, earthy hops (L); a little toffee in the aroma. Light orange body. Moderately sweet flavor becomes a lightly sweet, lightly bitter finish. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: a little nutty for my personal tastes, but well made.

A little below average, thin body, flavors were a bit bland, amber in body with a modest head, a bit unbalanced, not a very good one

(Draught) Thin, almond head and amber body. Sour nose with slight hops. Flavour seems uneventful sweet malt. Average.

Crystal clear, deep golden lager. Large, creamy, off-white head. Good lacing; great retention. Malty aroma with notes of straw, butterscotch and milk chocolate. The flavor is decently bittered and well-balanced. Medium-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Short, clean finish.
