| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Oct 21, 2007 Sample. Pours a crisp golden brown with a generous light orange head. Aroma was slight malt with not much else to report. Taste was a bit harsh, with malt dissolving into nothingness. Seemed a bit flat to me and not the wonderful experience you usually find in a good Oktoberfest. I was disappointed. Jayb0 (752), Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Oct 15, 2007 Draft. A bit disappointing. Right or wrong I expect Oktoberfest to be very drinkable lending itself well to a liter or two. This was a bit flat and left a slightly unpleasant sourness in the mouth. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 5, 2007 Draft. After a disastrous experience with their Altbier I had a Ramstein Marzen. Well balanced and a good example of the style. Clear and delicious, malty flavour and medium hops. michael-pollack (2710), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA

Malty and complex, with a nice blend of hops coming through in the aftertaste. Very drinkable and tasty. Well made example of the style.
