sampled at the brewery, thanks Greg. Light orange. medium carbonation. Aroma not very pronounced but I detected some light citrus and piney hops and some malt. Taste is sweet citrus and light pale malts, with an assertive piney bitterness that lingers throughout the finish. This one came in at 5.5 % abv and had a medium body. good!

With seven different hopes I thought this APA would have more of a pronounced bitterness and aroma. This was a good looking English bitter style pale ale.

6/25/05 Garden State Brewfest. Who knew High Point could brew something other than wheats, and have it actually be half decent? Thirst-quenching and smooth on a hot summer’s day.

Golden yellow color with no head. Very hoppy aroma. Sweet, citrusy yaste with overtones of strong hops. A good beer.

At the 2005 Garden State Brewfest. A decent example of a pale ale. I wish that they would do more things like this. A great session beer that will not disappoint any drinker. I will be looking for this one again.

On tap at Andy’s Springfest. Color was hard to tell as it was in a colored glass. Huge fluffy white head. Very mild aroma and flavor. Mainly malt at first with some citrusy hops after. Very smooth and very drinkable.

Growler fill. Made with the help of Charlie Schroeder from Trap Rock. Hazy golden (unfiltered), nice white head. Grapefruity citrus aroma, nothing overpowering. Malty flavor with nice hop flavor and bitterness for balance. A well balanced brew, for sure. Hoppy finish. Nice mouth feel. Very nice brew from a suprising source. Look for more suprises from Greg and Charlie in the future!
