Cask Stillage at the CIS Building, Manchester 29/01/2005 Dark coloured rich and smooth on the palate. Some dryness and bitterness in a lasting finish.

Dark slightly sweet.Medium body and fairly gentle texture considering its strength. Not the best stout I have ever tried but certainly not the worst.
