Cask Stillage at the CIS Building, Manchester 29/01/2005 Mid to dark brown coloured and slightly rich on the palate. Some sour fruit flavour. Bitterness and roast malt in the finish.

Cask @ Camra National Winter Ale Festival, Manchester, UK 28 Jan 2005
Well balanced mild. Not too sweet, not too burnt. A tocuh of licorice in the end. Moorish.
