Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Spicey notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Coriander dominating. Dry texture. Average moderate bitter finish. OIly palate. OK beer.

clear amber, thick small light brown head.
aroma is warm, mild christmas spices, anise, very faint hops, mild dark fruits. flavor is caramel, faint anise, cardemom?, faint dark fruity, faint bitterness that seems to come from spices. lots of christmas but in fact not a very well tasting brew.

Nov 7, 2009 Hazy copper color with a quickly disappearing head. Aroma: citrussy hops, yeast, malt, caramel, orange, spices. Taste: quite bitter, fruity, yeast, spices. Low carbonation. Pretty good christmas brew. Some christmas spices, but not too much.
