Skyview (2777), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Nov 25, 2007 On draught at the brewpub in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden pale blonde brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind a thin white ring. Aroma of multi-grain, some corn grits, honey with white bread, and a touch of citrus hops. Taste is light bodied, low carbonation with flavors of white bread malt, a touch of citrus zest and corn grits. Finish is slightly fruity with a dry/mild bitter aftertaste. A little above average when compared to most other macro brewery light pilseners. StewardofGondor (1934), Washington Heights - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA Aug 8, 2005 Transparent pale gold with a thin, creamy and jiggly white head. Aroma is Wonderbread, fabric softener, lemons and honey. Much more flavor than expected, ringing with white bread, crisp and musky pils twangs, and a lemon-honey herbal sweetness. Nice bittering and malt sweetening contribute to this well-balanced pils. A good first beer.
